Who these apply to
These terms apply to all customers and tenants who consume Synapsecom’s services (colocation, cloud, networking and software services). Where a service is delivered by a third party on Synapsecom's behalf, the applicable provider may also impose additional conditions.
Key obligations for customers
- Comply with applicable local and international law and not use services for illegal or abusive activities.
- Maintain correct DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and secure authentication for email services.
- Report incidents promptly to our Support.
- Preserve confidentiality of software and licensed materials and follow license use restrictions (e.g., MS-SPLA requirements).
Enforcement & abuse handling
Synapsecom actively monitors network reputation and may limit, suspend or terminate services in response to abuse, blacklisting or breaches of these policies. Repeated or malicious violations can result in termination and, where appropriate, legal action.
